Sam Beason has worked out a deal with KAR to produce a studio DVD of every performance at the upcoming Regionals in Charleston on March. 15, 2009. The cost will be $45 for a DVD with a minimum purchase of 30 videos, but they have agreed to return $5 (per video sold) to the studio if we sell over 40 DVD's. Tammy has agreed to credit your account $5 for each of your videos purchased if we are able to meet the 40 video order. So in essence, the cost could be $40 to you in the end! If you are interested in purchasing a video, please contact Sam Beason by email at Sam.Beason@RussellInd.kyschools.us. Email to him your name and the dancers name.
The checks may be made to: RCDC and they may be given to Sam Beason, or to Belinda or Gina at the desk of the studio, beginning next week. We have 60 people included in the email list alone, so if half of purchase 1 video, then we can easily accomplish the minimum order necessary. Sam will follow up at the beginning of next week with an order form and more information, so please contact him with any questions.
